John Evans is an experienced litigator exclusively representing employees in all aspects of employment law, including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, harassment, human rights, class actions, plant closures and restructuring.

John has been involved in numerous multi-disciplinary legal matters in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Pension Benefits Act, pension surplus litigation before the Superior Court of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal and routinely provides advice on complex employment matters. He advises Executives on severance offers, contractual issues and routine advice

Before relocating to practice in Burlington in February of 2006, John practiced in Toronto.
